We offer all types of physical exams. Our center can customize physical exams to meet your organization’s specific healthcare needs.

This physical examination may include any of the following tests based on the patient and company need: thorough present and past medical history evaluation (personal and family), comprehensive physical exam, general blood work, urinalysis (drug screening), EKGs, tuberculosis testing (TB test), etc.

Whether you are a small, medium, or big company, the Physical Exam Center is a state-of-the-art preventative medical center that offers full comprehensive exams that will suit your company’s needs in order to protect your most important asset- employees. All examinations are done by an experience and board-certified medical doctor. The office uses the most advanced diagnostic technology (i.e. EKG equipment) and has an extensive supply of immunization or testing vaccines (e.g. MMR and TB). In addition, we do on-site blood and urine testing, so there is no need to run from one place to another to get all services. With the exception of lab results, which can take 3-5 business days, you get same day results for physical exams.

Normally our office offers physical exams to uninsured patients for $150. Any blood/urine work, immunization, or testing (TB) will require an additional fee. Since physical examinations and needed testing will be provided on a contractual basis, the Physical Exam Center will discuss prices and necessary arrangements with your company prior to any services. Discounts are definitely available for all services depending on the number of employees a company sends. When physical exams and tests are done through insurance, no discount can be given.

Once an agreement has been set up, your company personnel or the potential patient can schedule an appointment for a physical exam or testing through our web check in system or by calling at 212-696-5900. We will do our best to see you promptly and at your date and time of preference. When coming to our office, just have your employees notify our staff who they affiliated with and we will take care of them.
